We offer delivery options to meet requirements of orders.
DISPATCH
We aim to process all orders made before 3 pm (GMT) on a working day (Monday-Friday) and dispatch on the same day unless stated otherwise on the product page. Orders after 3pm (GMT) aree be dispatched on the same basis the next working day. Please allow an additional day for courier deliveries if required. This is subject to change during busy periods.
UK MAINLAND
Royal Mail 24 - confirmation of delivery provided. Usually arrives within 1-2 working days.
Please note a courier service may be used depending on the size of your order. Aims to arrive in 5-7 working days.
Please note: delays may apply due to holiday based delivery delays i.e. Christmas delays.
LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF RETURNED GOODS.
*Please note If a package is returned to Booster Box for any reason (i.e. incorrect address, failure to pay, for example) any charges incurred by Booster Box in shipping/recovering the package/s may, at our discretion, be deducted from any return of monies later given for the order. Should a return be made in line with our returns policy the client is responsible for the safe return of the product and any incurring costs to do so.
